Apart from the Gym, Coffee shop, the Library, in the Cinema, Night Club or if you find yourself holidaying somewhere in Africa, Colombia, Jamaica or perhaps in California and any other unusual hot spots, where you have your t-shirts on during fall and winter without your jacket.
For instance, that Sunday night you wish you could stay at home preparing for the busy week ahead and the fact that you’ve gone out the Friday and Saturday nights before. But your partner wouldn’t hear of it, she insisted she feels like dancing on the dance floor.
Unwillingly to go out, you thought it would be fun to know if she really wanted you to be at the gig. You swallowed your excuses by catwalking to your wardrobe, put on that beautiful top on your beautiful skin but Un Ironed! Remembering that even when it’s blurry it shines.

“Female Genital Mutilation is a crime against women, Female Genital Mutilation is Unhealthy, Female Genital Mutilation just like the name implies is destructive, its heartless, its dangerous and affects happiness. Clitoris is a gift from God for a purpose just like your feet, would you chop off your left feet simply because the tradition said so?” Their should be an alternative way to that, I murmured”. The lady in pink top explained further to the presenter, ” In some part of Africa countries and some countries in Middle East and Asia Female Genital Mutilation aka FGM is a custom, a culture, an old tradition that girls must be circumcised either few days immediately after birth or some years after but usually before puberty. FGM process contain all procedures that involve partial or total removal of female genital organ. The reasons were to keep the lady more healthy, to avoid promiscuity, or to appease the gods. That’s barbaric i thought Promiscuity is a state of mind and if you have to cut off people’s flesh against their will to appease some deity then it worth talking about. “When you cut a ladies clitoris you killed her alive” She continued in an angry tone. “In some part of Africa, some girls are running away as they have witnessed victims and death caused by circumcision. FGM victims may not enjoy sex anymore, it takes her longer time to reach organism, needs longer sexual satisfaction and causing broken relationship; accusing the man of not being active enough in bed. Procedures can cause severe bleeding, complication at child birth, infertility and other infection. About 140 million girls and women currently living with the consequences of FGM according to the statistics of World health organisation. FGM is a violation of the human rights of girls and women. I know so because i’m a victim” She Lamented.
I have heard about Female Genital Mutilation somewhere before but I dont how to help even if I could. These are professionals who left there various jobs to express their feelings to the world on the TV. Could I join a dating site to help spread the word? Could I go about looking at women or looking for camel toes on the streets? or how else do i have to go around looking for women who have been mutilated and advise them on how to detect early why they dont enjoy sex with their partners? All these excuses are uncomfortable thoughts that I quickly push away.
As I had no better suggestion to the solution so I tried to make sense from all. I remembered mummy’s saying that “The best way to make love to a woman is to try to make her enjoy it as much as you do”.
Men should do more when making love to their partners. Maybe just like running a business its the same passion, the energy, the effort, the choice of style, the strenght, the flexibility, the ups and the downs, the groaning, the fast and the slow, the determination, the fun focus till the successful delivery.
I think it is true that whatever that needs a change is not always what is easy, It only become simple when its identified. Identifying and accepting the fact that its not only His fault for not making you reach organism; you have been circumcised and in need of a better sex life.
(1) Discuss your most sensitive part with your partner – No shame in it! This will help you and help him to identify on time and work better on you and the relationship.
(2) Time to fix it – Men! When your partner confide in you to tell you that she does not enjoy sex as the result of the circumcision, Its not the time to enter the town bimboing from one Linda to jessica or from one Bukola to Ruka or Nkeiruka nor the time to be stocked online with some Irish girl! Aid is real! Its time to take the responsibility as a loving partner!
